Welcome to Cassie Jones Art! These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of original artworks and fine art prints. By accessing our website and making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Definitions
"Cassie Jones Art," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the entity responsible for this website and the sale of artworks.
"You" or "customer" refers to the user of our website and purchaser of artworks.

3. Products and Orders
Original Artworks: Our original artworks are unique and one-of-a-kind pieces created by Cassie Jones. Each piece is subject to availability and are not to be resold for profit. Cassie Jones Art retains ownership of the copyright of each individual piece. Artwork may not be reproduced digitally or physically. 
Fine Art Prints: Prints of Cassie Jones' original artworks are available for purchase.
Order Process: By placing an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Payment: Payments are processed securely through our chosen payment gateway. Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location and the size of the artwork.
Delivery: We aim to dispatch orders promptly upon receipt of payment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method.
International Orders: Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties upon arrival in your country, which are your responsibility.
Processing Times: typical processing times are 3-5 business days.  Processing times are subject to change at any time and are not guaranteed. 
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Property: Cassie Jones Art is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property. Please report your lost, stolen or damaged claim within 14 days of reception. All reports must include reasonable proof of loss, stolen property or damage. Reports must include inside and outside photos of damaged packaging and full images of damaged artwork. Lost, stolen or damaged artwork will be replaced, no refunds will be given. 

5. Returns and Refunds
Returns and exchanges: We accept returns of artworks in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for exchange only. Buyer is responsible for any incurred additional shipping fees for return and exchanged print shipping and a 5% restock fee. 
Refunds: Due to the nature of products sold, refunds are not available at this time. 

6. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All artworks and prints sold remain the intellectual property of Cassie Jones. Purchases grant you the right to display the artwork for personal, non-commercial use only.
Copyright: All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission. 

Resemblance to Copyrighted Images
Cassie Jones Art respects the intellectual property rights of others and strives to ensure that our artworks do not infringe upon any copyrighted material. Any resemblance in our artworks to any copyrighted image or work of art is purely coincidental. We take reasonable steps to ensure that our original artworks are created independently and do not intentionally incorporate copyrighted material without permission.

If you believe that any artwork sold by Cassie Jones Art infringes upon your copyrighted material, please contact us immediately with relevant information, and we will investigate and take appropriate action as necessary.

7. Privacy
Data Protection: We respect your privacy and handle your personal information securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer: Cassie Jones Art is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our website or purchased artworks.

Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms
Modification: Cassie Jones Art reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
